Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a District Coordinator located in Karnal and Ambala. The District Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and managing district-level initiatives, supporting entrepreneurs, organizing events, and liaising with stakeholders. Daily tasks will include planning and executing programs, providing mentorship and guidance, and ensuring efficient communication among team members and partners. The District Coordinator will also monitor the progress of ongoing projects and report to senior management.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking abilities
• Experience in event planning and community engagement
• Familiarity with entrepreneurship and startup ecosystems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in nonprofit organizations or similar roles is a plus
