Job Description: We are expanding new revenue verticals and looking for a strategic leader to drive growth in areas like Digital Partnerships, Bima Trinity, Cooperative Banks, GIFT City, Airtel Payment Bank, Airtel – Telco-assurance etc. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead partner activation , shape the go-to-market strategy , and manage hiring, incentive frameworks, and governance rhythms —all while enhancing distribution strategies and driving data-driven decision-making . Location- Mumbai-BKC, HO Designation- Asst Manager/ Manager/Senior Manager Key Responsibilities: ✔ Build and manage new revenue channels. ✔ Develop manpower deployment and compensation strategies. ✔ Lead sales force management and performance optimization. ✔ Establish partner governance frameworks. ✔ Provide analytics-driven insights to business heads.
