Principle Responsibilities
1) To ensure timely supply of goods to market and meet with targets each year.
2) Preparation of Sales Invoice Partywise, Regionwise and ensuring deliveries to the parties.
3) Collection of funds payable by parties either in advance or as per credit limits
4) Take reports of damaged goods, send replacements.
5) Credit limits/ Discount/Schemes to parties as per their standing, business association and business transactions and experience in the past.
6) Coordinate with field staff/managers and redress their grievances/ complaints reported by parties.
7) Co-ordinate with doctors for their requisition of goods and direct supply. Ensure payment against goods delivered/supplied.
8) Identify efficient Transporters/carriers and courier agencies to carry and deliver material safety and timely.
9) Coordinate with Accounts for credit and debit notes and follow up for delayed/non payments.
10) Coordinate with stores for stock position as per demands and in turn with Production department to ensure planning in anticipation.
11) Coordinate with QC/QA for FDA requirements and damages as well as market complaints.
12) Ensure statutory compliance under GST Rules, Insurance for risk coverage, in transit, and claim recovery in consultation with Accounts.
13) Customer Relations, Vendor Relations and motivation of employees to maintain healthy business environment.
14) Preparing MIS and presentations in business meetings to form policies and take decisions-discounts/promotion schemes/cost savings on distribution channels and inventory controls.
15) Should be good in self-correspondence and should be able to contribute to high quality customer service
16) Experience in team handling is a must.
17) Experience in Pharmaceutical industry will be preferred
