Job Title: Distribution Executive

Role Overview:

The Distribution Executive will be responsible for managing depot operations including order processing, stock handling, billing, dispatch coordination, and inventory management. The role ensures smooth day-to-day logistics and compliance with company standards and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Management

• Check emails regularly for order receipts and enter orders into SAP.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of all orders.

2. Stock Handling & Dispatch

• Pick, pack, and prepare stock for dispatch in coordination with the Depot Manager. - should be only for Hyderabad candidate

• Follow up with transporters for pending or undelivered goods.
• Conduct monthly or quarterly physical stock verification.

3. Inventory & System Management

• Maintain stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Track and update entries in the system for all goods movement and billing activities.
• The candidate/system should have a strong understanding of inventory tracking processes and be capable of monitoring stock levels in real time. It must generate alerts or reports when inventory falls below predefined minimum thresholds to prevent stockouts

4. Operational Excellence

• Implement

  to minimize waste and ensure efficient storage and inventory management.
• Demonstrate
