Job Description

As a Project Manager at gTech Ads, you will have the opportunity to work in either Hyderabad, Telangana, India or Gurugram, Haryana, India. You should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience along with at least 5 years of project management experience. Ideally, you would also possess 3 years of experience in a client-facing role and operations management, which includes process improvement, operational reviews, and optimizing workflows. Your expertise in data analysis, dashboards creation, and identifying product and business insights will be valuable. Additionally, experience in troubleshooting or Demand Gen Campaign, managing escalations, account/campaign management, technical troubleshooting, or customer support will be beneficial. At gTech Ads, you will be part of a team responsible for providing support and technical services for customers using our Ad products. Your role will involve assisting customers in setting up accounts, implementing ad campaigns, and providing media solutions for their business and marketing needs. You will also be involved in offering complex technical and measurement solutions along with consultative support for larger customers. Collaboration with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams within Google will be essential in developing better solutions and services to enhance the client experience. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer service, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and interacting directly with Google's advertisers, Sales teams, agencies, and partners. You will apply your deep product expertise to solve complex technical customer issues, escalations, and work on strategic projects. Analyzing data and generating insights to create action plans, focusing on knowledge management, operational improvements, account reviews, and product adoption will also be part of your role. Collaborating with Sales and other cross-functional partner teams to continuously improve the customer journey, resolve complex issues, and provide expertise for product and process improvements will be crucial. Lastly, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering knowledge management resources and training programs to ensure customer support agent competency.,
