Job Description

Your Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure all trucks are on schedule for pickups and deliveries
Update customer portals with required details (in/out times, BOL, trailer numbers, etc.)
Communicate with customers via phone or email in a professional and timely manner
Provide regular updates to customers regarding load status
Assist drivers with on-the-road issues (breakdowns, flat tires, delays, etc.)
Process
ACE/ACI
entries and coordinate with customs brokers for transaction/entry numbers
Resolve customer-specific freight issues quickly and accurately
Maintain detailed and organized records of trips, updates, and communications

Skills & Qualifications

Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
Positive attitude, strong customer service mindset
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Familiarity with North American geography (USA & Canada) is a strong asset
Prior dispatch or logistics experience is an advantage
Ability to learn and adapt to new software and tools
