Dispatch Team Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Dispatch Team Manager with strong expertise in USA and Canada trucking operations, specializing in reefer (refrigerated) and cross-border freight. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing dispatch teams, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth cross-border operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and manage the dispatch team and daily work schedules
• Plan, assign, and monitor reefer and cross-border loads (USA–Canada)
• Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and Canadian regulations
• Manage dispatcher shifts, workload distribution, and coverage planning
• Coordinate with drivers, brokers, and customers for seamless operations
• Monitor ELD, HOS, border documentation, and delivery timelines
• Resolve operational issues, delays, and service disruptions efficiently
• Train, mentor, and evaluate dispatcher performance
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and performance reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of dispatch experience in USA/Canada trucking (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of reefer operations and temperature-controlled freight
• Hands-on experience with cross-border (USA–Canada) loads and documentation
• Proven ability to manage dispatch teams and their schedules
• In-depth understanding of DOT, FMCSA, HOS, and border compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Experience with TMS, ELD systems, and major load boards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing medium to large trucking fleets
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
