JD Dispatch Planning Manager

Dispatch Planning Manager

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage dispatch schedules to ensure on-time delivery across regions.
Optimize vehicle routing, load planning, and fleet utilization to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Warehouse teams to enable smooth order execution.
Oversee and evaluate transporters and third-party logistics partners to ensure high service standards.
Monitor, analyze, and report delivery performance, lead times, and distribution costs.
Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen dispatch planning and distribution operations.

Qualifications & Experience

4-7 years of experience in Dispatch Planning, Logistics, or Supply Chain (FMCG preferred ).
Strong understanding of distribution planning, transportation management, and ERP systems.
Proven ability to manage high-volume, time-sensitive operations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
MBA in Supply Chain Mgt.
