Job Description

Plan and manage daily dispatch schedules based on sales orders and production output
Ensure correct picking, packing, labeling, and loading of aluminium extrusion profiles and finished goods
Coordinate with warehouse, production, and quality teams to confirm product readiness
Arrange transportation and liaise with logistics providers and drivers
Prepare and verify dispatch documents (delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, gate passes, etc.)
Ensure dispatched materials match customer orders in quantity, specification, and finish
Monitor dispatch timelines and ensure on-time delivery to customers
Maintain accurate dispatch records and update ERP / inventory systems
Familiarity with Tally Prime systems.
Handle customer or sales team queries related to dispatch and delivery status
Ensure compliance with safety, handling, and company procedures during loading and dispatch
Report dispatch issues such as delays, damages, shortages, or mismatches
Assist in stock control and coordination of finished goods inventory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
