Key Responsibilities: Coordination and Scheduling: Managing the entire order cycle, including booking, invoicing, dispatching, and providing timely updates to customers. Resource Allocation: Optimizing the allocation of resources like personnel, vehicles, and equipment to ensure efficient operations. Team Management: Leading and mentoring dispatch staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Logistics Optimization: Developing strategies to improve dispatch processes, implement new technologies, and enhance overall efficiency. Problem-Solving: Addressing logistical challenges, resolving issues with routes or deliveries, and making critical decisions to optimize operations. Communication and Collaboration: Working closely with drivers, warehouse personnel, customer service teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
