Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatch Manager located in Rajkot. The Dispatch Manager will oversee and manage the dispatching of goods and equipment, ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining high operational efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising dispatch staff, coordinating with vendors and clients, managing order schedules, ensuring adherence to dispatch timelines, and resolving any logistical challenges that may arise in the process. The role requires effective communication with various teams to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Dispatching and Operations Management with the ability to coordinate schedules and resources effectively.
• Strong Supervisory Skills with the capacity to lead and manage a team effectively, ensuring timely task completion and fostering collaboration.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to liaise effectively with clients, resolve issues, and maintain high service quality.
• Experience in logistical or operational roles is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
