Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Dispatch & Logistics Executive to manage daily dispatch operations, coordinate with customers and courier partners, and ensure smooth movement of finished goods. The role requires close coordination with the production team, effective stock management, and streamlining products for timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily dispatch activities as per orders and delivery schedules.
• Manage dispatch operations, including packing, labeling, invoicing coordination, and handover.
• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
• Handle customer management, including order status updates, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
• Streamline products for dispatch based on priority, destination, and order requirements.
• Maintain close coordination with the production team to align dispatch with production output.
• Monitor and manage finished goods stock, ensuring accurate inventory records.
• Prepare and maintain daily dispatch reports, tracking deliveries, pending orders, and returns.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
• Experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehouse operations.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Knowledge of courier operations, documentation, and stock management.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet delivery timelines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing or production-based organizations.
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,792.59 - ₹35,230.11 per month
