- Role Overview: As a Dispatch & Logistics Executive with 1+ years of experience, your main responsibility will be to efficiently plan and manage daily dispatch and delivery schedules. You will be required to track shipments, handle any delivery delays, and communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and clients. Your role will involve optimizing delivery routes for cost and time, as well as maintaining shipment and inventory records. Collaboration with the warehouse team for loading and unloading tasks will be essential. Additionally, you will be expected to address and solve customer issues related to delivery in a timely manner. - Key Responsibilities: - Efficiently plan and manage daily dispatch and delivery schedules - Track shipments and handle any delivery delays - Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and clients - Optimize delivery routes for cost and time - Maintain shipment and inventory records - Collaborate with the warehouse team for loading and unloading tasks - Address and solve customer issues related to delivery in a timely manner - Qualifications Required: - Detail-oriented - Possess excellent communication skills - Problem-solving attitude Note: This is a full-time, permanent position located at Road No. 5, Sachin GIDC, Surat.
