Dispatch & Logistics Executive

As a Logistics Coordinator, your role involves monitoring driver logs, keeping records, addressing problems, and coordinating with the head office to ensure a smooth dispatch process with timely delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Arrange timely logistics of the material to customers as per guidelines. - Manage lorry booking and check pending materials position for tonnage. - Organize materials in the dispatch area according to job requirements. - Continuously follow up with transporters for truck availability. - Ensure compliance with loading checklists during dispatch. - Prepare invoices and necessary legal documents for dispatch, such as Delivery Challan, Duty Paid DC, Stock Transfer DC, Site Transfer DC, Gate Pass, Check List, Waybill (location wise). - Recall Material Consumption Report (MCR) for checking short received consignments. - Record inward and outward material entries in the system. - Conduct daily physical counting of movement stock. - Maintain daily materials stock in Excel sheets. - Plan finish goods stock. - Supervise workers for labeling, packing, and loading/unloading. - Support other team members in their tasks. - Promote, monitor, and maintain safety in the work area. - Ensure housekeeping in the allocated area. - Train new joiners on good housekeeping and safety practices for themselves and others. - Participate in improvement activities initiated by management to maintain a positive environment. - Respond to accidents and emergencies. - Develop the skills of subordinates through proper training. Skills & Competencies Required: Technical Skills: - In-depth process knowledge. - Understanding of health & safety regulations. - Proficiency in MS Office. - Ability to provide training to helpers.
