Job Description

Plan and schedule daily dispatches based on project/site requirements and client orders.
Coordinate with the project, sales, and logistics teams for timely material readiness.
Ensure correct material segregation as per solar project BOQ (Bill of Quantity).
Prioritize dispatches for urgent or milestone-based solar installations.
Prepare all dispatch-related documents: Invoice, E-way Bill, Delivery Challan, Packing List, LR copy, etc.
Verify item codes, serial numbers (especially for panels & inverters), and quantities before dispatch.
Maintain digital and physical dispatch records for audit and subsidy documentation.
Cross-check material with approved dispatch plan and QC report before loading.
Ensure safe and proper loading of solar panels, structures, and fragile components.
Coordinate with the Quality and Store teams to handle any shortfall or damage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
