Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Receiving Finished Goods according to challan from store & dispatching it as per work Instruction .
Prepare the Packing List & complete documentation
Packing as per requirement & weight the material properly for safe transit to customers
Handover material to transporter with Invoice Packing List and Road permit.
Complete documentation in orderly manner for the material to be dispatched
Enter data in system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information for traceability

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate with minimum 3 years of experience in Material Dispatch department or Stores, preferably in manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of GST, waybills, goods dispatch documentation
Experience in coordinating with freight forwarders & courier cos
