Job Purpose: As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling dispatches of food and supply orders from our central kitchen/warehouse to various store locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while optimizing routes and maintaining operational efficiency. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Schedule and dispatch drivers and delivery vehicles based on store demand and route efficiency. Track live delivery movements and ensure all orders are dispatched on time. Communicate with drivers, store managers, and SCM team to handle any delays or route changes. Prepare and maintain dispatch logs, route sheets, and delivery documentation. Coordinate with the kitchen/warehouse teams to confirm order readiness. Monitor vehicle conditions, report maintenance needs, and ensure availability. Maintain records of dispatch issues, missed deliveries, and resolutions. Assist in optimizing delivery operations to reduce costs and turnaround time. Handle emergency calls, last-minute changes, or reassignments smoothly. Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, safety norms, and company standards.
