Job Description

As a Dispatch Clerk at our office in Greater Noida West (Noida Extension), your role will involve managing the dispatch and delivery of magazines, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely distribution. Key Responsibilities: - Handle the packing and dispatch of magazines efficiently and accurately. - Maintain logs of dispatched materials and prepare reports as required. - Coordinate with courier partners and ensure on-time deliveries. - Support administrative functions related to dispatch and record-keeping. - Assist in addressing queries related to delivery and customer service. Qualifications Required: - 10th/12th/Graduate - Soft spoken and humble - 1-2 years experienced candidates are welcome. - Prior experience in administration work or customer care will be an added advantage. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
