Location: Kalvium Office, HSR Layout, Bangalore
Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday (6-day work week)
Duration: 2 Months (August - September 2025)
Stipend: 20,000 per month
Opportunity: Leads to a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) as an Account Executive (CTC 8-12 LPA) upon successful completion of the internship.

As a Discovery Intern at Kalvium, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network of enterprise partners. You will be at the forefront of our outreach efforts, identifying key decision-makers within leading tech companies and initiating the first crucial conversations that lead to strategic partnerships. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, market research, and professional communication within a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Company Research & Database Curation: Systematically research and analyze a provided list of 400 large companies (including GCCs, Global IT majors and product firms) to understand their business, tech stack, and talent needs.

Key Contact Identification (POC Scraping): Utilize professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to identify specific Points of Contact (POCs) within these organizations. This includes:

Talent Acquisition (TA) Heads and Fresher Hiring Leads.

2-3 Engineering Leaders (e.g., Director of Engineering, VP of Engineering, Head of Engineering).

Contact Details Collating: Accurately gather and verify professional contact details (email IDs and mobile numbers) for all identified POCs.

CRM Management: Meticulously enter all researched company and POC data into our Zoho CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Lead Qualification Calls: Based on centrally managed email campaigns, identify and prioritize POCs who have engaged with our communications (e.g., opened emails).

Initial Pitch & Meeting Scheduling: Conduct professional outbound calls to these engaged POCs to deliver a concise initial pitch about Kalviums unique value proposition. The primary goal is to qualify their interest and secure a follow-up meeting for our Account Executives.

Activity Logging: Accurately log all research activities, call outcomes, and scheduled meetings in the CRM.

Daily Reporting: Provide daily updates on progress, including companies researched, POCs identified, calls made, and meetings scheduled.
