Disclosure of Interest Analyst

As a member of the Disclosure Of Interest (DOI) team at JPMorgan Chase & Co., your role involves monitoring and disclosing the firm's interests in relevant securities to issuers, regulators, and exchanges globally. Your responsibilities include: - Processing system or report driven monitoring alerts for aggregated global positions in compliance with jurisdictional reporting requirements. - Analyzing shareholder disclosure obligations, monitoring holdings, short sell reporting, and providing trade approvals and advice to the business. - Working with large datasets of trade and position information. - Preparing and submitting regulatory filings along with transaction and position reconciliations. - Conducting rule-based data collation and analytics to support timely responses to inquiries.
