The role involves ensuring accurate and timely settlement of equity and bond trades, managing risks, and collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver seamless trade operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform trade pre-matching, matching, and settlement activities. Manage trade fails and ensure timely resolution. Liaise with brokers, custodians, trading desks, client services, and compliance teams . Investigate and resolve Nostro and Depot breaks . Provide regular updates on trade status and escalate issues promptly. Ensure strict adherence to controls, checklists, and regulatory requirements . Drive process improvements and automation initiatives . Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field. 3+ years experience in Trade Settlements / Capital Markets / Investment Banking Operations. Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle (front-to-back) , with equities & bonds knowledge preferred. Exposure to APAC market settlements is an added advantage. Hands-on experience in fails management, reconciliations, and break resolution . Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a control-oriented mindset . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools .

As the Tax Operations - Manager, AVP at Deutsche Bank AG in Bangalore, India, you will be responsible for managing and supporting all operational tax processes for the bank and associated entities.
