The Disbursement Accounts Executive (DA) is responsible for carrying out responsibilities assigned by the team to ensure accurate and timely processing of Disbursement Accounts (DAs) and vendor invoices received from local port agents and vendors, in strict adherence to procedures established.
Checking of DAs received from various offices against agreed tariffs of the client.
Ensure all DAs are in line with service requests from the client and checking of supporting documents.
In case of any discrepancy with rates or supporting documents; query the same with a local office.
Complete the DA processing in the optic as per the set process at all stages of DA.
Vouching of the Final DA i.e., Putting USD amount and arranging vouchers as per the summary sheet.
Create Final DA as per the client's requirements and SOPs.
Reporting of invoices on a weekly basis
Handling client inquiries/disputes
Require a minimum of 1 year to 2 years of experience in Shipping
