Role Overview:


The Director’s Office manages daily operations, coordinating communication, and ensuring smooth execution of administrative and organizational tasks. The role requires discretion, efficiency, and strong coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, and travel.
  • Handle correspondence, documentation, and filing.
  • Coordinate communication between the Director and departments/stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting notes.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on tasks and decisions.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold office protocols.

Requirements:


  • Graduate in Business Administration/Management or related field.
  • Work experience in executive/administrative support and cross functional.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
