As part of the Pegas GTM Effectiveness & Enablement team, you will be responsible for driving Pegas" performance to support growth objectives. The team focuses on leveraging cutting-edge AI tools, delivering data-driven insights, and providing just-in-time learning to reimagine enablement in a fast-paced, digital-first world. Collaboration, curiosity, and a relentless focus on outcomes are key values of the team as they partner across the business to equip go-to-market teams with the necessary knowledge, skills, and confidence for success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and execute the strategic expansion of Pegas University Academic Program - Own the activation and adoption strategy, developing scalable, reusable enablement for global growth - Analyze CSAT data to shape content strategy and collaborate with the Curriculum Development COE - Craft high-impact digital and social campaigns to amplify UAP engagement - Ensure seamless, current, and compelling touchpoints for professors and students - Empower professors and students with self-service access through AI tools and on-demand resources - Serve as the primary liaison for all UAP academic partnerships **Qualifications Required:** - Strategic enablement leader with a program management mindset and entrepreneurial spirit - Passionate about education and innovation at a global scale - Experience in crafting and executing enablement strategies with measurable business results - Ability to lead large-scale projects and influence diverse stakeholder groups - Proficient in developing marketing materials and content strategies - Strong communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders and educators At Pega, you will have the opportunity to work in a purpose-driven, forward-thinking team that values innovation and impact.
