As a Director in the Talent and Transformation Consulting business of MNC Consulting Organisation, you can expect a role that involves leading the delivery of complex projects across various solution areas. This includes Organization Transformation, HR Transformation, Talent Management, Employee Experience, and M&A, among others. We will count on you to: - Lead project management and delivery of complex projects related to Organization Transformation, HR Transformation, Talent Management, Employee Experience, and M&A. - Develop white papers and drive thought leadership to strengthen the client's brand. - Create proprietary tools and offerings, and present them in client seminars and industry events. - Lead business development by understanding client requirements, leading proposal and solution development, and closing opportunities to drive profitable sales. - Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and establish yourself as a trusted advisor. To excel in this role, you need to have: - Full-time MBA from a premier institute. - Strong 12 to 15 years of relevant work experience in HR function with reputed organizations. - Prior consulting experience is a must.
