As a Director in the Talent and Transformation Consulting business of an MNC Consulting Organisation, you can expect the following: Role Overview: - Lead delivery of complex projects across solution areas such as Organization Transformation, HR Transformation, Talent Management, Employee Experience, and M&A - Develop white papers and drive thought leadership to strengthen the client's brand - Lead business development for allocated markets by understanding client requirements and closing opportunities Key Responsibilities: - Project Management and Delivery: - Lead delivery of complex projects across various solution areas like Organization Transformation, HR Transformation, Talent Management, Employee Experience, and M&A - Practice Development: - Develop white papers and drive thought leadership to enhance the client's brand - Create proprietary tools and present client offerings in seminars and industry events - Business Development: - Lead business development for allocated markets by understanding client requirements, leading proposal development, and closing opportunities - Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Full-time MBA from a premier institute - Strong 12 to 15 years of relevant work experience in HR function with reputed organizations - Prior consulting experience is a must In addition to the above, you are expected to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
