Director- Strategic Accounts (FMCG/Consumer Electronics Vertical)

As the primary Sales Leader of the Vertical for strategic accounts at DesignX, your main responsibility will be to set and achieve aggressive revenue targets. You will need to develop and implement strategic account plans to drive recurring revenue, reduce churn, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Your role will involve acting as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers, utilizing industry insights to effectively position the Df-OS product. Additionally, you will be expected to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and create targeted strategies to expand the client portfolio. Monitoring sales metrics and key performance indicators such as Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), and customer acquisition costs will also be part of your duties. You will lead negotiations for new contracts, renewals, and upsell opportunities to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in strategic account management, sales leadership, or business development within the technology or SaaS industry. A strong background in managing enterprise-level SaaS accounts and driving significant revenue growth is essential.
