Role & responsibilities:

• Lead the Software Quality Assurance (SQA) team, ensuring high-quality delivery of projects, risk management, and adherence to standards.
• Oversee QA processes, frameworks, and reusable test artifacts, ensuring traceable and effective test plans and scripts.
• Provide strategic direction across program releases, managing resources, cost, scope, and risk while delivering executive QA dashboards.
• Drive automation initiatives, innovation, and process improvements, aligning QA practices with industry standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring on-time, high-quality program releases.
• Lead transformation and change management initiatives to align QA efforts with organizational strategy.
• Foster a culture of excellence, mentoring team members, and ensuring continuous improvement and adoption of best practices.

Candidate requirements:

• 18+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong expertise in QA methodologies, automation tools, and hands-on resource and stakeholder management.
• Experience in diverse testing approaches and leveraging AI for automation.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and MMIS is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication, innovation, and people development skills, with a focus on long-term impact and scalability.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
