Job Description

You are an experienced Sales Head responsible for leading the LIVE Events & Entertainment sales team. Your role involves developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing a team of sales professionals, building and maintaining relationships with key clients and stakeholders, identifying new business opportunities and partnerships, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams. To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of sales experience in the events and entertainment industry, a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Your performance will be evaluated based on sales performance and achievements, leadership and team management experience, industry knowledge and network, communication and negotiation skills, as well as strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
