Director / Senior Director, Operations - AdWords

You have the exciting opportunity to join Teleperformance as an Operations Leader, where you will play a crucial role in overseeing Service Delivery for the AdWords account. Your responsibilities will include managing large-scale operations, financial aspects, and data management requirements of the process. Additionally, you will work towards implementing company-approved strategies, setting strategic goals, and ensuring customer satisfaction through continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Manage large-scale operations for the AdWords program - Handle financial, cost control, and data management requirements - Implement company-wide management-approved strategies - Collaborate with seniors, peers, and team to set strategic goals - Oversee customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction - Establish quantitative and qualitative metrics for evaluating efficiency and effectiveness - Review, analyze, and evaluate business procedures - Implement policies and procedures for improving day-to-day operations - Plan, control, implement, assess, monitor, and forecast budgets - Communicate new directives, policies, or procedures to maintain morale - Lead coordination and integration of efforts among teams - Project a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or above preferred - 13 years of experience in operations and Customer Experience Management, with mandatory experience in ad space - Strong experience in Customer Success and Customer Sentiment score management - Analytical thinking and proactive attitude - Strong experience in P&L management, people, and business management - Detail-oriented, productive, accountable, and able to work under tight deadlines - Excellent organizational and leadership abilities - Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics - Flexibility to work in shifts Please note that employment in this position at Teleperformance is contingent on the successful completion of a comprehensive background check, including global sanctions and watch list screening.
