Director Sales, Digital Transformation (LATAM)

You are a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Manager responsible for leading the expansion of the Digital Transformation business unit in Brazil. Your primary focus is to drive strategic revenue growth by offering cutting-edge digital solutions and services tailored to enterprise clients, while simultaneously developing the LATAM market across various industries. Your role requires a strong understanding of digital transformation trends and technologies, including cloud computing, AI/ML, data analytics, automation, and DXP/CX platforms. Engaging C-level stakeholders and collaborating with pre-sales to comprehend and translate client needs into impactful digital strategies are key aspects of this position. Your key responsibilities include acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts in the Brazilian market, identifying and closing large-scale enterprise deals related to digital transformation services and platforms, building a high-value pipeline, accurate sales performance forecasting, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives (CIOs, CTOs, CDOs & CMOs) on their digital transformation journey. You will also collaborate with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing teams to create winning proposals and value propositions, as well as represent the company at industry forums, digital summits, and client events in Brazil and Latin America. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in digital services, IT consulting, or SaaS. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding multimillion-dollar sales goals in Latin America is essential, along with in-depth knowledge of digital transformation technologies such as cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), AI/ML/LLM, RPA, CRM/ERP, and data platforms.
