The ideal candidate will have deep experience with enterprise CMS solutions and a strong background in the healthcare or eyecare industry . You will play a critical role in shaping high-impact digital solutions that improve customer engagement and support business growth. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end implementation of content solutions using Optimizely CMS (formerly Episerver). Customize and extend Optimizely DXP to meet complex business and user experience requirements. Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing digital platforms. Design and develop reusable content models, templates, and personalization strategies. Integrate third-party tools, services, and APIs as needed to enhance platform capabilities. Apply industry best practices and compliance standards, especially relevant to healthcare/eyecare digital solutions . Preferred Technical Skills (Would be advantageous) At least 5+years experience in web development and Content Management Systems in general, with at least 3 years of specific Liferay experience advantageous. This position is a hybrid role based in Hyderabad which requires you to be in the office on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
