Job Description

As a Sales Leader at Salesforce, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of Outbound (BDR) and Inbound (SDR) teams and Managers/Senior Managers. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and qualify opportunities within assigned segments and territories by generating new business opportunities through strategic research, cold calling, and managing leads. You will play a crucial role in achieving individual, team, and organizational quotas, while also contributing to the corporate sales strategy and implementing plans to achieve corporate objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Work with Sales Leaders, Sales Managers, Strategy, Marketing, and Programs to generate pipelines for all sellers in assigned segments - Establish and nurture relationships with Key Stakeholders - Recruit, lead, and develop a team of BDRs & SDRs, and Managers to maximize results - Drive rigorous business development execution, ensuring accurate forecasts, motivating team members, and reporting on results - Lead separate teams for Inbound and Outbound Pipe Generation with clear goals and measures - Collaborate effectively with sales teams to reach pipeline generation goals - Empower team members through coaching, incentives, and personal ownership of pipeline generation - Utilize quantitative methods to measure and optimize efforts and resource allocation - Identify areas for process improvement and make recommendations - Work closely with Marketing, BDRs/SDRs Manager, and Operations to ensure lead quality, follow-up, and process improvement - Create a positive and energetic work environment Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of experience in Sales/Inside Sales/Business Development with management experience - Proven track record of exceeding quota expectations - Experience leading a large team in B2B space, preferably in enterprise IT/software - Ability to forecast business lead conversion data and pipeline build - Strong communication skills and ability to inspire and build relationships - Desire to develop new business opportunities and adapt to a changing environment - Degree or equivalent relevant experience required By joining Salesforce, you will receive world-class training, constant learning opportunities, a chance to make a significant impact on customer's business, and a dynamic work environment.
