Director Programs

As the Executive Director of Program, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring high-performing teams to ensure the successful implementation and growth of projects. Reporting directly to the CEO, your primary focus will be on fostering a collaborative and inclusive working environment while identifying and addressing the training and development needs of the staff. Your expertise in financial management and budget allocation will be crucial in effectively managing resources within tight budget constraints. You should have a proven track record of aligning programs with the organization's long-term vision and priorities, demonstrating strategic thinking and risk management abilities. Your ability to adapt programs in response to changing environments will be essential for success in this role. In addition, you will be expected to promote organizational values of inclusion, collaboration, and innovation while leading through cultural or organizational change. Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Exposure to the social sector is required, with a focus on project implementation and vision to grow existing projects. Experience in managing budgets between 25-30 CR is preferred. The budgeted salary for this position is in the range of 30-35 Lacs.
