Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement long-term strategy for growth.
Develop annual strategy, budgets, operating plans, program impact evaluation framework Identify and evaluate the risks associated with program activities.
Monitor and approve all budgeted program expenditures and ensure financial discipline.

Required Skillsets:

Work experience of 18+ years, at least 5 years in development sector preferable Client relationship management experience.
Experience in working with Government will be preferred.
Project Management experience, handling teams of 10 or more people.
Work experience in Karnataka, especially in rural urban projects, will be preferred.
