Director Placements

You are an experienced professional being sought for the role of Director of Placements to lead institutional placement efforts with strategy, vision, and industry insight. Your primary responsibilities will include building and strengthening industry relationships, ensuring top-notch student placements, and establishing a sustainable placement ecosystem across multiple campuses. As the Director of Placements, your key duties will involve heading the Placement Cell and overseeing end-to-end placement operations. You will be required to develop and nurture strong corporate relationships and employer partnerships, design and manage placement training programs, conduct mock interviews, and facilitate student grooming sessions. Additionally, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating both on-campus and virtual placement drives, as well as representing the institution at prominent placement summits, job fairs, and corporate networking events. The ideal candidate for this position should possess proven experience in leading campus placements or similar leadership roles in recruitment. You should have a well-established corporate network and a keen understanding of evolving hiring trends. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role, along with a strategic mindset that enables you to align placement goals with the institutional vision. Preference will be given to candidates located within 20 km of Chalakudy or those willing to relocate to the area.,
