Director of Sales

**Role Overview:** As a Sales Manager at The Westin Sohna Resort & Spa, your main responsibility is to lead and manage all activities related to the sales function, focusing on building long-term customer relationships to achieve property sales objectives. You will be required to achieve personal booking goals and provide recommendations on booking goals for your direct reports. **Key Responsibilities:** - Work with the sales leader to understand and implement sales strategy effectively for the segment. - Collaborate with the management team to create and execute a sales plan that addresses revenue, customers, and the market. - Assist in developing and implementing promotions, both internally and externally. - Provide positive and aggressive leadership to maximize revenue potential, setting an example with personal booking goals. - Monitor all activities of direct reports and participate in sales calls to acquire new business or close deals. - Analyze market information and financial data to achieve the property's financial goals. - Ensure exceptional customer service by displaying leadership in guest hospitality and interacting with guests to obtain feedback. - Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. - Conduct human resource activities including interviewing and hiring management and hourly employees. **Qualifications Required:** - A 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major, with 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or a related field. - OR a 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major, with 1 year of experience in sales and marketing or a related field.
