One of our early-stage AI SaaS portfolio companies is looking for a hungry, dynamic Sales leader to join the business and drive all commercial activity for their mid-market segment. Responsibilities Own overall mid-market new revenue targets Manage a 15 member team of BDRs and AEs to drive all commercial activity Monitor and implement sales commission plans, CRM processes and other revenue operations Own quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls and sales demos Own sales planning and forecasting, monitor funnels and reporting dashboards Qualifications At least 5 to 7 years of sales experience is preferred Some prior experience managing a small team would be preferred Prior experience selling into mid-market would be preferred Prior experience growing teams Technology or Start-up experience Proactive and hustler mentality Please apply to this role directly on LinkedIn.
