Director of Real Estate

Role Overview: As the Director of Real Estate at Rootel Investree, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations related to asset acquisition and onboarding, negotiating platform deals, validating asset financials and legal documents, overseeing property financials, administering lease back modules, and ensuring effective property marketing and management. Your leadership skills will be crucial in driving strategic initiatives for real estate fractional ownership and lease back modules, with the aim of maximizing the performance of the company's property portfolio consisting of high-end hospitality assets across India. Key Responsibilities: - Overseeing asset acquisition & onboarding processes - Negotiating platform deals and agreements - Validating and verifying asset financials & legal documents - Managing financial aspects of properties - Administering lease back modules efficiently - Ensuring efficient property marketing & management - Driving strategic initiatives for real estate fractional ownership - Maximizing the performance of the company's property portfolio Qualifications: - Experience in Fractional Ownership & Strata Sales Module - Experience in Lease Back Module, Negotiations, and Lease Administration - Experience in Luxury Real Estate domain such as Resorts, Villas, Apartments - Strong networking skills with channel partners, developers & investors nationwide - Solid understanding of Finance and financial management in the real estate sector - Proficient in Property Management and lease handling - Excellent leadership and communication abilities - Capable of working independently and in a team environment - Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or related field - Previous experience in the hotel and real estate industry would be advantageous,
