🔑 Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Property Consultants & Sales Managers.

Drive project launches, sales campaigns, and investor-focused events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, brokers, and channel partners.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales operations.

Ensure high closing ratios and exceptional customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

5–12+ years of real estate sales experience in Noida (mandatory).

Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.

Strong understanding of Noida property, RERA regulations, and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
