As the Director of People Operations & Community Engagement at InRhythms, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's people strategy and fostering a thriving company culture. Your responsibilities will include: - Setting People & Culture goals aligned with business objectives - Building leadership pipelines and supporting high-potential consultants - Tracking and reporting on culture health, people metrics, and engagement - Promoting transparency, psychological safety, and continuous improvement - Partnering with leadership to maintain Best Place to Work standards You will also be responsible for designing and managing onboarding programs, leading engagement initiatives, overseeing performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
