Job Description

Director - Partnership & alliances.

Location - Noida

Work mode - Hybrid

channel partnerships of enterprise software in global market.

Key Responsibilities

Drive global partner recruitment, qualification, and onboarding.
Build strong C-level relationships and co-develop go-to-market strategies.
Enable partners through training, certification, and performance management.
Align with internal teams to execute global partnership strategy.
Track market trends and identify new growth opportunities.

Qualifications

MBA with 12–15 years’ experience, including 5+ years in partner/channel management.
Proven success in enterprise software partnerships; retail tech experience preferred.
Strong negotiation, relationship management, and strategic planning skills.
Excellent communication, project management, and cross-cultural collaboration abilities.
Willing to travel internationally (40–50%); fluent in English (other languages a plus).
