Job Description

As the Director of Marketing and E&A at alliantgroup, you will be responsible for leading the marketing efforts to promote a wide range of professional services in the US market. Your role will involve overseeing a team of skilled professionals in content creation, digital marketing, SEO, marketing automation, and graphic design. It will be your duty to inspire and develop the team to foster a high-performance culture within the organization. Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement marketing and branding strategies, identifying opportunities for paid conversions and upselling, conceptualizing and executing digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and lead generation, sourcing high-quality content to drive thought leadership, and focusing on content generation through various channels such as whitepapers, blogs, and solution videos. You will also be required to have hands-on experience with marketing automation tools to drive demand generation programs, campaigns, content marketing, and lead nurturing. Monitoring critical marketing data, analyzing ROI, and recommending areas for optimization will be crucial aspects of your role. Managing marketing campaigns across different functional areas, enhancing brand visibility on B2B social media platforms, creating conversations, driving leads, and generating touchpoints through social media marketing will also be part of your responsibilities. Innovating marketing processes, recognizing market gaps, developing value propositions, and scaling up productivity gains will be key areas where your initiative will be highly valued. You will collaborate with the ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implementation strategies within the company. To excel in this role, you should possess an MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with at least 15 years of experience in B2B Marketing and 8 years of experience leading large marketing teams. You should be a result-oriented B2B Marketing strategist with expertise in global marketing, branding, and demand generation focused on North America. Experience in hiring, training, and managing high-performance teams, handling large marketing budgets, and delivering strong ROI across marketing investments is essential. Proficiency in content strategy, marketing automation, demand generation, paid campaign management, SEO & SEM, social media marketing, marketing analytics, and reporting is also required.
