Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Vadodara, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. The Director of Franchise Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing a franchise sales strategy, identifying and generating franchise leads, negotiating franchise agreements, and driving overall franchise expansion. The role demands regular communication with potential franchisees, overseeing the end-to-end franchising process, and business planning to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Franchise Sales and Lead Generation
• Knowledge of Franchise Agreements and their negotiation
• Skills in Business Planning and strategic development
• Strong understanding of the franchising process and industry trends
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
• Previous experience in the education sector is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
