Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role for a Director of Employee Engagement & Sales Development - Commission Based. The Director will be responsible for developing and implementing employee engagement strategies, overseeing performance management, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and managing HR policies. The role also involves fostering positive employee relations and working closely with the sales team to support development goals.

Qualifications

• Employee Relations and Employee Engagement skills
• Familiarity with HR Policies and Performance Management
• Understanding of Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in a startup environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
