Role Description:

As the Director of AI, you will:

• Define and lead AI strategy across business functions
• Drive deployment of advanced AI solutions, including ML, NLP, GenAI & computer vision
• Build and scale cross-functional AI and data teams
• Lead AI governance and responsible AI practices
• Collaborate with tech, product, and business teams to integrate AI into real-world use cases
• Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and measurable impact

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic leadership roles
• Proven experience deploying large-scale AI/GenAI initiatives
• Deep expertise in ML, NLP, GenAI frameworks, and AI tooling
• Strong business acumen with the ability to align AI with organizational goals
• Experience in managing diverse, cross-functional global teams
• Advanced degree in AI, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s/PhD preferred)
