Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth running of accommodation facilities and quality control.
  • Design strategies to build a well-organized material management system.
  • Manage inventory stock levels and order supplies.
  • To ensure budgetary control on materials and consumables.
  • Allocate duties to staff in campuses and train them as per business requirement.
  • Liaise with other internal departments and relevant external agencies.
  • Monitor maintenance of facilities and other operational work of hostels.
  • Regularly inspect the accommodation to ensure that hygiene, health and safety regulations are met, carrying out risk assessments as necessary.
  • Ensure an efficient waste management system.


Requirement

  • Significant experience of working in a general administrative role.
  • Experience of monitoring and prioritizing workloads within the available resources and coordinating tasks in a fast-changing environment.
  • Experience in prioritizing a substantial workload and working accurately to a deadline in a pressurized environment.
  • Experience in offering excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.
