The Director of the Law School serves as the chief academic and administrative officer responsible for the overall leadership, management, and strategic direction of the law school. The Assistant Director – CRC will be responsible for strategizing, managing, and executing placement, internship, and corporate outreach activities. The role requires close interaction with industry leaders, corporate partners, faculty, and students to enhance employability, ensure industry-aligned exposure, and strengthen the University’s brand in the corporate ecosystem. Key Responsibilities Corporate Relations & Networking Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate, industry bodies, and recruiters across sectors. Identify new corporate tie-ups for placements, internships, and live projects. Organize corporate conclaves, guest lectures, and networking events. Placements & Internships Plan, coordinate, and execute campus recruitment drives. Ensure placement opportunities across diverse sectors for all eligible students. Facilitate summer internship programs and live corporate projects. Student Development Collaborate with faculty and training teams to design industry-focused training modules. Mentor students on career readiness, interview skills, and corporate etiquette. Organize workshops, mock interviews, and aptitude tests to enhance employability. Strategy & Administration Contribute to placement strategies, employer engagement plans, and student employability enhancement. Maintain placement data, industry feedback, and reports for management review. Coordinate with other Amity campuses and central CRC team for joint initiatives. Requirements: Master’s Degree (MBA/PGDM preferred) from a reputed institution. Minimum 8–12 years of experience in corporate relations or placements (preferably in higher education / academic institutions). Strong network with corporate, industry associations, and recruiters. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proven track record in achieving placement targets and corporate tie-ups. Ability to work collaboratively with academic leaders and students. Role and Responsibilities Ensure smooth running of accommodation facilities and quality control. Design strategies to build a well-organized material management system. Manage inventory stock levels and order supplies. To ensure budgetary control on materials and consumables. Allocate duties to staff in campuses and train them as per business requirement. Liaise with other internal departments and relevant external agencies. Monitor maintenance of facilities and other operational work of hostels. Regularly inspect the accommodation to ensure that hygiene, health and safety regulations are met, carrying out risk assessments as necessary. Ensure an efficient waste management system. Requirement Significant experience of working in a general administrative role. Experience of monitoring and prioritizing workloads within the available resources and coordinating tasks in a fast-changing environment. Experience in prioritizing a substantial workload and working accurately to a deadline in a pressurized environment. Experience in offering excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.
