Job Description

As a Director of Admissions & Marketing, your role will involve leading student recruitment, branding, and outreach initiatives. Your strategic thinking and strong leadership skills will be crucial in driving admissions growth. Your deep understanding of the education market will guide you in developing and implementing comprehensive admissions and marketing strategies to achieve annual enrollment targets. You will conduct market research to identify trends, competitor insights, and growth opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the complete admissions funnel from lead generation to onboarding - Driving process optimization, quality counseling, and high conversion rates - Implementing CRM systems to track inquiry management and performance metrics - Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across various channels - Strengthening brand visibility through content creation, public relations, and digital engagement - Managing website and SEO/SEM strategy for improved outreach and lead flow - Building and maintaining partnerships with schools, colleges, corporates, and coaching institutes - Leading participation in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and other outreach events - Working closely with alumni and faculty for promotional initiatives - Leading, motivating, and mentoring admissions, marketing, and counseling teams - Setting KPIs and conducting regular performance reviews to enhance team productivity - Tracking and analyzing key metrics such as leads, conversions, campaign ROI, and enrollment numbers - Presenting regular reports and insights to senior management for decision-making - Planning and managing the annual marketing and admissions budget - Overseeing relationships with agencies, digital partners, and event vendors - Ensuring adherence to ethical recruitment practices and regulatory requirements - Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation This role will require you to be proactive, analytical, and results-driven.
