Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in leading the strategic planning, execution, and optimization, insights delivery for a fast-growing business within the LMN Team at Lowes India. As the Director of Lowes Retail Media Network, you will collaborate with US business leaders to deliver the overall strategy for the Retail Media Network, focusing on monetizing digital and in-store inventory. Your responsibilities will include owning and delivering media planning, collaborating with sales teams to tailor campaigns effectively, defining go-to-market strategies, overseeing media operations lifecycle, managing a team of ad ops, planners, and traffic managers, utilizing retail data and shopper insights, delivering and interpreting campaign insights, driving campaign optimization through data-driven analysis, enhancing media platform capabilities, and evaluating and implementing ad tech solutions. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with US-based teams, peers, and external partners to ensure smooth execution and delivery of day-to-day campaign operations. Working closely with creative teams, product managers, data science teams, and various business units, you will align campaign messaging, refine media platform capabilities, leverage advanced analytics, and develop new solutions to enhance targeting and measurement. Additionally, you will be required to read P&Ls, interpret strategic directions, lead, mentor, and develop teams at all levels. The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 15 years of experience with at least 5 years in people leadership. A Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field is required, along with proven experience in leading planning, operations, and monetization. Desired secondary skills include an understanding of the sales process and financial management as retail media is a revenue-driving and bottom-line-based business. To excel in this role, you must possess core competencies such as focusing on customers, delivering results, taking action, showing courage, continuous learning, assessing and developing talent, and championing Lowes" mission. Driving engagement and creating a climate where associates feel valued and motivated to help Lowes achieve its objectives are key leadership behaviors expected in this role.,
